Hydacheium Oil is extracted by a process of steam distillation from the Hydacheium plant which is a spiked and erect plant with loosely connected yellow flowers. It is increasingly cultivated nowadays in different parts of the world because of its useful medicinal and aromatic properties. Hydacheium Oil is popularly known in Hindi as Kapur Kuchari Oil. This oil is clear brown in color with a warm, spicy and mild floral fragrance.

Hydacheium Oil which is also known by the popular name Kapur Kuchari is extracted from Hydacheium that grows to up to 3 feet tall. It has loose terminal flower spikes that have individual flowers that are yellow with reddish stamens. Its antibiotic properties have also increased interest in the medicinal properties of the species.

Helichrysum oil comes as a procurement of the Helichrysum flowers that have an extensive application in various healing applications. Helichrysum comes popular in its French synonym Immortelle. The flowers of the plants come largely utilized by florists for their vivid colors that resemble daisies.

It is extracted through distillation process from hydacheium plant. It has tremendous remedial properties with sweet fragrance. Also known as Kapoor Kuchari, it is used to treat respiratory diseases like asthma. It has powerful aroma because of flower oils and is widely used in manufacturer of cosmetic products like perfumes, lotions etc.

Hydacheium Oil is also known as Kapur Kuchari Oil. Hedychium spectrum is a small hardy ginger that grows to around 1 m, with green leaves and large orange and white flowers. It is also known as Spiked Ginger Lily, Sandharlika (Hindi), Kapur kachri (Hindi) and Takhellei (Manipuri).

The aroma is a blend of warm woody notes with a soft hint of spice, and a touch of soft floral. Blends well with- Lavender, Geranium, Clary Sage, Cajuput, Cassia, Cedar wood the essential oil is used in perfumery but also has antibiotic properties and there is increased interest in the medicinal properties of the species. 

 

Uses: The Helichrysum oil has a large variety of medicinal properties, Helichrysum oil assistance in healing circulatory disorders and can be used to relieve the pain of rheumatism and arthritis.

It has in it carminative, tonic, stimulant, anti-inflammatory an anti-asthmatic properties. The essential oil is also used in perfumery industry.
